The Knockout Rose Family - The Knockout Roses are a good reason to love roses. With proper selection and placement, there are few other plants that reliably deliver more vibrant color and overall garden satisfaction, than roses. What first caught our attention about the original Red Knockout Rose was its outstanding blooming capabilities from a truly low maintenance, blackspot-resistant shrub rose. It never stops performing -- blooming profusely throughout the growing season into late fall. Several more Knockout Roses have been introduced and it is now available in original Red, pink, blushing pink and double red varieties.

Pink Double Knockout

The newest member of the Knockout Family for 2007.  'Pink Double Knockout' is a mutation of (Red) Double Knockout and is the same in all respects, except the flower color is hot bubble gum pink. You get the same combination of double blooms, low maintenance (no spraying, no dead-heading, and no mounding with soil for winter protection) and continuous repeat bloom.

Red Knockout Rose

Finally a tidy, truly blackspot-resistant red shrub rose. Single 3-3 1/2" blooms are fluorescent fire-engine red in cool weather and deep cerise-pink in the heat of the summer. A lighter halo surround the golden stamens. Petals fall cleanly; never needs dead-heading and the blooms keep coming and coming until late fall. Orange-red hips follow the blooms.

Blushing Knockout Rose

The wait is over for a pink version (sport*) of our popular Knockout rose. Just like its parent, this shrub rose never stops performing -- blooming profusely throughout the growing season into late fall. The semi-double 3-3 ½” light blushing pink blooms change nicely into a shell pink, as the bloom ages. It is identical to red Knockout™ in every respect except for color. Every Blushing Knockout™ rose in existence is a descendant of the same branch sport.

*A rose "sport" is a naturally occurring genetic mutation that appears on a branch of a rose bush.

 

Pink Knockout Rose

A new bright pink version of the popular Knockout rose, with all of the characteristics of its parent – abundant blooms, disease resistant and it is easy to grow.

Double Knockout Rose

This next generation of the Knockout Rose family delivers a 1-2 punch with double blooms and all of the phenomenal disease resistance and flower power of the original Knockout series.

Double Knockout presents itself in a more, dense compact (3-4 feet) and upright fashion than Knockout’s 5-6 foot height and broad, spreading form. This sister to the Knockout rose puts a great deal into its value as a landscape rose, from its four season appeal to its natural resistance to black spot, as well as other diseases and insects.
