Description: Deciduous shrub with glossy, dark green foliage that turns yellow in the fall as it prepares to go dormant. In the early summer lemon yellow flowers will emerge that emit a strong, fruity fragrance. Thrives in both sun and shade, shrub will be taller, more dense and round in the sun and in shade it will be open and irregular. Pruning is not required, but if you choose to prune do so immediately after blooming in the summer.
