Blooms profusely, even at an early age, with full-size, pure white blooms that emerge from winter's pink buds. Blooms later, and the blooms last longer, than most varieties. Almost sterile, so there are a few unsightly seed pods. Neat, compact, spreading mound that is well-foliated with pink new growth, maturing to glossy deep green, in scale with the plant size. Grows only 2' high by 3' wide; at last a pieris that is ideal for foreground situations. Demands well-drained soils. Demands well-drained soil. Rated as Deer-Resistant. Height: 24"
