Dark green foliage with glaucous tones on the underside; evergreen in the South, semi-evergreen to deciduous in the North. Requires moist, acid, organic soil. Excellent for architectural effect, especially adjacent to patios and terraces. Ht. 120-144". Rated as Deer-Resistant.
