Description: Unusual cupped florets with a silvery sheen from dome-shaped blooms. The color is always a pastel shade, usually lavender, but varies from blue to pink according to the soil. The whole effect is somewhat reminiscent of a French lilac. Mildly scented, which is highly unusual for any hydrangea. Prolific glooming. Lush glossy foliage. Does best in partial shade protected from cold winds. Develops into a massive 72" x 72" mound. From 1 gallon pots.
