Description: Fragrant, white, pendulous, 12" flower clusters, similar in appearance to wisteria, smother this native tree in May-June. Bright green leaves, with 7-9 leaflets, become golden yellow in autumn. Attractive, very smooth grey bark. Matures to a 480", broad-spreading tree with an airy rounded crown. Yellowwood name derives from the color of the interior wood. Spectacular in bloom. From 3 and 15 gallon pots.
