Common Name: Birch

Description: Selected form of the native river birch boasting salmon cream bark, exfoliating in large sheets, and leathery deep green leaves. Resists bronze birch borer. The most heat tolerant "white" birch. Vigorous, fast grower. Prefers wet to moist, acid soils; tolerates soils with normal moisture content and periods of drought. Ht. From 3 gallon pots.
