Description: Clusters of large 4 1/2" semi-double, ruffled blooms of velvet red, speckled and striped clean white, with bright golden stamens. The whole show is reminiscent of a burst of fireworks, hence the name; but it repeats over and over all summer long. Mild fragrance of sweet apple adds to the effect. Hardy vigorous grower to 12-14' with glossy dark green foliage. The first Climber in 23 years to win an AARS gold medal.
