Description: Rich, rose pink, star-like 1/2 - 3/4" blooms with yellow central discs - about half the size of C.v. Moonbeam. Blooms over a long period in summer and early fall. Similar in habit and foliage textures to C.v. Moonbeam, except more compact. Prefers a moister soil than other coreopsis. Excellent summer blooming ground cover for full sun. Spreads by underground stolons. A reintroduction from Carroll Gardens 1938-39 catalog. Ht. 12". Rated as Deer-Resistant.
